My routine in the evenings.


The first to leave my job , what I do is Monday through Thursday INACAP go to study before I go and change clothes as soon as I 'll take the subway to get to study next .
Friday after work I like going to the gym , while I'm there I like weight training and cardiovascular exercise, I go after my house.
When I got home before sleep always have dinner , I like to eat protein and vegetables , while I watch a little TV and then lay me down to sleep.
